The Lubombo Community Radio Initiative (LCR) is an NGO based in Swaziland that has been pursuing the first community based broadcasting licence in the Kingdom of Swaziland for 13 years.
With the recent passing of legislation regarding radio licensing the LCR is poised to receive the first community radio licence in Swaziland bringing to the Swazi airwaves the first community radio station.
